Our spring cabbage season begins the end of May and continues through the end of June.  The cabbage plants are transplanted in February and March.

The fall crop begins the end of November and ends the last of December.  This cabbage is transplanted in August.

The cabbage is harvested and packed in bins in the field before cooling and shipping.
	After cutting the cabbage, it is placed on a conveyor that empties into bins that are transported to our cooling facility.
